Confidentiality

Last updated: 17 August 2026
Note: This is a draft prepared for launch. It should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer, and the exceptions section confirmed against local law, before being relied on as a final legal document.

Discretion is at the heart of how Baba Dodo works. This page explains, in plain terms, how we protect what you share with us.

What we keep confidential

Everything discussed during a consultation — in person, by phone, by video call, or in writing — is treated as private. We do not discuss your situation, identity, or the details of your consultation with anyone outside our practice without your permission.

How your information is handled

Exceptions

There are limited situations where we may need to break confidentiality, consistent with applicable law — for example, if we believe there is a genuine and serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or if we are legally required to disclose information by a court or authority. Outside of these narrow circumstances, your consultation stays private.

Your data

For how we handle personal information collected through this website (such as the contact form), see our Privacy Policy.
